Gold ore processing plant is mainly composed of jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, Spiral chute, shaking table, ,etc. It is widely used to process gold ore, from stone crushing to extraction of gold.
In October 2018, we received a request from a Tanzanian customer Amon Chulla Chulla, his company is Amon Chulla&partner in Primary Mining Lisence (PML) Tanzania mineral resources in Iringa religion, who asked us to provide the right equipment for extracting gold from the grinding quartz with minimum crushing input of 10 inch (required production capacity of 20 ton per hour).
After a detailed analysis, the final selection is: PE-250×400 Jaw crusher, Ф1830×6400 Ball mill, 2FG-15 Spiral classifier, JJF-20 Flotation Machine, Vibrating feeder, Spiral chute, Rotary dryer and other equipment are also required.

In only two months, all the equipment was installed and the indicators fully met the design requirements. During the operation, the equipment failure rate was low, the production line worked smoothly, which bring good economic benefits to the plant soon. Amon said that the cooperation with FTM would be the first consideration in future mineral processing production line projects.
